1. Open the Demo lesson link and click request permissions
   

   
   

2. Click Allow
   
   

3. Done! Make sure your camera and microphone are on and join the lesson.
   
   
   

If it still doesn’t work

1. If you see a screen like this

3. Click on the last button on the left side of search/link row. Then click on the cross next to both "blocked" icons. Next - press "Try again"
   
   

   
   
   
   
4. After the page reloads, click Request Permissions. Then click on "Allow"
   
   
   
   
5. Done! Make sure your camera and microphone are on and join the lesson.
   

1. If you see a screen like this

   

2. Open System Preferences and click on Security & Privacy

   
   

3. Then go to the camera item, click the flag next to the browser icon

   
   

4. Then click “later”

   
   

5. Then go to the microphone item, click the flag next to the browser icon

   
   

6. Press Quit & Reopen

   
   

7. After Firefox has opened again, open the link to the demo lesson again (the link can be in the Email box or in SMS). 
   Click on ‘Request permissions’, and then click on ‘Allow’. 
   

8. Next turn on Camera & Mic and Join meeting.
   
   
   

9. If you did not turn on the microphone and camera in the previous step, you can turn it on in the room
